Being welcomed into someones home, is incredible. You feel honored and humbled do do life with families. I started out as a lifestyle photographer. I would do all of my sessions in the comfort of their own home. This is like going back to my roots. Doing documentary story telling sessions fuel my soul. I love the intimate moments. I love the cuddles. I love getting to know families. It is a great option regarding newborn portraits. Your style. Your family. Your life. Telling your story, documenting these moments and doing life together helps you create memories, with someone taking the pictures. We often tell mom's to get into pictures. But, this allows her to be in more than just a couple. It allows her whole family to be documented and her life to be the focus. For a few hours, it is all about her family. The way your husband looks at your baby. The way you look at him holding your fresh newborn. The way he makes you giggle. The stories. I heard a few at this session and I couldn't stop laughing.
