Maternity session, Marion, Indiana

I love the chance to document Maternity Sessions. We went to the fields here in Marion, Indiana for this session. I love how the sunset hits the long grass. It makes my heart so stinking happy! During sessions, I love playing, capturing emotive, candid images of your family. You see. I don't want you to look at the camera the whole time. I want you to do life with your family. That way we are capturing the moments of you doing life together. The snuggles. The chasing sleepy toddlers, because yes, that does happen. And, I promise. That at the end you will have a gallery full of images that show this stage of life. The stage where sometimes it's messy. The stage when you look back and think, wow that was a busy time. And when you think back, you will be so incredibly happy that you made time to have it captured. Because, I know when we were in the middle of raising toddlers, I was NOT in enough pictures and I regret it. That is why it is my mission to support parents, and make sure they are in portraits with their kiddos.
